WM Motor Philippines (WMPH) launched W5 five-seater SUV; its first model in the Philippines
WM Motor Philippines (WMPH) started in the second quarter of 2022 with its first model in the Philippines, which was the W5 five-seater, small SUV.
This was driven by the company’s desire to extend the possibilities for developing the local EV market. WMPH is excited to implement changes that will revolutionize how people in the Philippines travel, particularly as the nation continues its recovery from the effects of the pandemic. WMPH is dedicated to delivering to the Philippines an innovative and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional automobiles driven by internal combustion engines (ICE). The company owns the full-play distributorship rights to WM EVs, which include but are not limited to automobile distribution, dealerships, charging stations, services, and parts. These rights can also be applied to the company’s other WM EV business ventures.
In addition to this, WMPH is currently working on the construction of its Lifestyle Hub and Service Center, which will be situated in the TDG In. Hub Building within the AFP-RSBS Industrial Park in Western Bicutan, Taguig City. It will be the first facility in the country of its kind to offer both a service and a lifestyle, and it will be the first of its kind in the country to offer a full-service workshop that caters to all of the after-sales requirements of WM EVs. Additionally, it will serve as a hub to educate the market on sustainability and the role that EVs can play in the market. Guests who bring their vehicles in to be serviced will be able to take advantage of a lifestyle zone that will feature a lounge as well as a coffee bar when they visit the hub. In addition to this, the location will also function as an integrated training center for WM Motors, with the goal of improving the level of expertise possessed by technicians, particularly in light of the rising demand for electric vehicles across the country.
Customers who are interested in putting the fully electric W5 SUV through its paces can go to the WM Motor showroom located on the ground floor of the Seven/Neo building on 5th Avenue in the BGC district of Taguig. Test drives are offered every day from ten in the morning until five in the afternoon.
